MORETHAN BRANZINO 3000
Inspired by the silver prize, the
saltwater sea bass, the Branzino 3000 delivers an astonishing performance
matched by a look of stealth and cutting edge design. With a winding power
designed around the HYPER DIGIGEAR, which is made from marine grade bronze
alloy, this reel can ‘drive a truck’ through the power barrier but isn’t
reserved for action in the ocean either.
Built upon the principles of Real Four
you can be sure the Branzino has an engine and endurance capability that can
handle virtually any fish. But it is refinement and enjoyment of use that
inspired our top Japanese designers to blend a formed carbon spool skirt with an
external anodised alloy skeleton. Added to which they chose Super metal for the
body combined with a featherweight Air Metal for the rotor.
Consuming 81cm of line for every handle
turn and giving you a smoothness of rotation that runs on 11 ball bearings the
Branzino is a high class performer.

 | The first time I picked
this Daiwa Luvias 3000 spinning reel up at that Nantes bass
fishing show over in France and I just had to get my hands on
one. Talk about a spinning reel that weighs virtually nothing,
and if I am right in my understanding then I believe that these
Luvias reels were originally designed by Daiwa Australia. If the
Aussies like them then that is good enough for me, and I have
used this reel extensively now without finding any faults. And I
love that shape of handle. So comfortable to fish with. Just a
very, very good all round lure reel that really is as light as a
feather and as tough as old boots. It comes with a spare spool
as well. |
