| 2006 Festival is nearly upon us. It will be fished from the 14th October till 21st, hopefully soon I'll get some details on here but for now I thought I would let you know that the fortnightly cargo boat that supplies the island is now weekly. So if you have never bought your car over before because you can't live without it for a month or more you will now only be without it for a fortnight. Remember you can load lots of gear in to it too so it will cut down on your baggage that you bring on the plane. Channel Seaways has also moved from Weymouth to Poole. It is coming around again so
its time to get bait and tackle organised. My lead prices including Breakaway
Impacts have remained at the same prices as when I opened whereas everywhere
else they’ve gone up. Last year we had flight problems which hampered the
first batch of Ragworm, thanks for your support in what was a chaotic start to
the weeks fishing, lets hope there is no repeat this year and we can get you off
and running a bit smoother. The tides are better his year to ensure a better
supply as well. All frozen baits will be supplied by AMMO again. Orders for bait and tackle
will best be placed by September 13th and this will give me a good
indication of what to order. I am away on holiday from 14th September
till 20th September so emails won’t be answered during that time.
Although the shop will be open I’m quite happy to take urgent phone calls on
my mobile. Of course I will take orders after this date as I will order more
than what I need, and also your order is flexible in as much if you need
slightly less/more it won’t be a problem. Bait list is attached, if you want
something else then let me know. I’ve also priced the weights as a reminder,
you might find it easier to buy them here which will leave more for your baggage
